🚚 How long does delivery take?
Most orders in Cairo & Giza are delivered within 2–3 business days. Other governorates may take 3–5 business days. 🎉 Free shipping on orders over LE 1,500!
↩️ What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition.
💸 How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done.
