Returns & Refunds

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, message us on Instagram (@preciouspagesinc) or reach out through our Contact page. We'll confirm the return and send you instructions for sending the item back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirming once your refund is complete.

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We typically reply to return requests within 24 hours.
